How do you handle suspicious emails or messages in your inbox?

I do not read them. I am a little bit paranoid in this case, so I do not want to open them. I do not want any interactions with that, including missclicks, etc. I just delete them and pretend that they have never occurred.

How often do you update your passwords for online accounts?

This question seems just a bit personal, for my taste, so I do not want to share my weaknesses with strangers on the internet :). The only thing I will say to this is that I think a good and strong password is a great practice.
