How do you handle suspicious emails or messages in your inbox?
I never open such mail. Most suspicious emails go to spam, so I don’t even notice them. Suppose it appears in the inbox. I ignore them and then delete them. If I receive a suspicious email that relates to banking, insurance, or other important matters. I would contact them through a verified contact and discuss the matter with them.

How often do you update your passwords for online accounts?
For accounts that I consider important, I update the password approximately once every six months. I don’t update passwords for less important accounts. Only if I feel that the password is not strong enough or if I receive information that someone is trying to access this account.
